Are you looking to develop your career in accounting within an international and professional environment? We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance team and contribute to the reliability of financial information and internal processes.
In this role, you play an essential part in the daily operations of the Accounting and Controlling department.
What does the job involve?
As an Accounting Assistant, you support the team in a wide range of financial and administrative tasks. You are responsible for processing and organizing accounting documents, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation within the system.
You assist with VAT calculations, bank reconciliations and maintaining the ERP database. In addition, you support the financial follow-up of supplier claims and contribute to the preparation of reports and management overviews.
You also help with account reconciliations, maintain structured archives and support the department in various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What do we ask for?
- Education in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar field
- Experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Good command of English is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Accurate and detail-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
