Job description
Are you a motivated Assembly Operator looking to work in a technical and industrial environment? We are looking for an Assembly Operator to strengthen our team.
In this role, you contribute to the assembly of high-quality components, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
What does the job involve?
As an Assembly Operator, you are responsible for assembling components and systems based on technical drawings and specifications. You ensure that all parts are correctly fitted and meet quality and safety standards.
You follow established procedures and methods, while contributing to a clean, safe and organized workplace. You work with various tools and equipment and support a smooth production flow together with your colleagues.
You approach your work with precision and responsibility, maintaining a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Working in a 2 or 3-shift system is part of the role.
What do we ask for?
- Experience in the metalworking industry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of ISO tolerances
- Understanding of production methods such as 5S, TPM and SMED
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus
- Forklift license is a plus
- Minimum required level of education
- Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system
- Strong sense of responsibility and motivation
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and develop
