Are you a skilled CNC Machine Operator looking to join a dynamic and international working environment? We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the production process by operating CNC machines with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality output in line with our standards.
What does the job involve?
As a CNC Machine Operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines and machining centres. You work based on technical drawings and ensure that all components meet the required specifications.
You handle materials and equipment safely, including lifting equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Working in shifts is part of the role, and you collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
You approach your work with precision and responsibility, while maintaining a proactive and motivated attitude within the team.
What do we ask for?
- Completed training in CNC machine operation
- Experience with CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with lifting equipment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of English
- Minimum required level of education
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Strong sense of responsibility and motivation
- Good communication skills and team spirit
