Thinking about joining TRIDEC? On this page you’ll find answers to the most common questions about working with us, our application process, and what to expect as part of our team. We want to make it easy for you to get to know us better.
How do I apply to TRIDEC?
Apply online via our recruitment portal. If your documents are ready, the form takes about 10 minutes and you will receive a confirmation by email.
What documents do I need to submit?
Please provide a motivation letter and a current CV. For some roles we also ask for recent references and certificates, which can be in English or German, and all applications are treated confidentially.
I do not see a vacancy that fits me, what should I do?
You can send an unsolicited application through the job page. We will forward it internally to the relevant department for consideration.
How long does the document check take?
Your documents are reviewed internally, usually within one to four weeks. For some positions the review can take up to six weeks depending on the process.
What does the interview process look like?
If your profile matches, you will be invited for a first interview of about one hour with someone from the specialist department and HR. In many cases we hold a second interview so both sides can be sure there is a good match.
Is there a trial day?
For production related roles, we often offer a short trial period where you shadow colleagues and, if possible, try some tasks. It helps you get a real feel for day to day work before you decide.
How will I hear the outcome of my application?
We will contact you by phone or email with the result. You will hear from us after the interview stage as soon as possible.
How long is my data stored, and can I withdraw or delete it?
According to our data protection policy, applicant data is stored for a maximum of six months after submission. You can withdraw your application or request deletion earlier by contacting us.
