To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Corporate Analyst (m/f) who will play a central role in supporting management decision-making through financial analysis, performance monitoring, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying deviations and preparing analyses, insights, and recommendations for the Management Team;
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of financial information;
- Act as a financial business partner to different areas of the organization, translating financial data into decision-support information;
- Support and coordinate cross-functional projects, monitoring objectives, risks, and execution, while ensuring compliance with defined priorities;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and governance practices, promoting efficiency, transparency, and best practices;
- Participate in ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives, providing analytical and operational support whenever required.
Technical Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Audit, Management Consulting, or PMO;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, work across functions, and deliver results under pressure;
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and rigor in handling sensitive information, in compliance with company policies;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
The reference values for the mentioned position are between €1500 and €1900, varying according to experience.
