Job description
Are you a driven Process Engineer looking to work in a dynamic and international production environment? We are looking for a Process Engineer to strengthen our Engineering team.
In this role, you play a key part in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient industrialization of products, contributing directly to quality, cost and delivery performance.
What does the job involve?
As a Process Engineer, you work closely with both R&D and Production to ensure a smooth transition from product development to industrialization. You are responsible for defining and improving production processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across operations.
You evaluate and define the necessary resources, tools and operations required for the industrialization of products. You ensure knowledge transfer between R&D and Production and provide technical support to the production team when needed.
In addition, you manage projects independently, monitoring timelines, risks and results, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.
What do we ask for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- Experience in the metalworking industry, preferably in the automotive sector
- Experience working in process-driven environments
- Ability to translate processes and procedures into practical applications
- Strong project management skills with focus on quality, cost and time
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing projects
- Analytical, structured and result-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and team spirit
