Are you a structured and analytical professional looking to optimize production processes in an international environment? We are looking for a Production Planner to strengthen our team.
In this role, you play a key part in ensuring efficient production planning and resource optimization, contributing directly to operational performance and customer satisfaction.
What does the job involve?
As a Production Planner, you are responsible for managing production and sales orders while ensuring that all data in the ERP system is accurate and up to date. You plan production activities and optimize the use of available resources to ensure efficiency and continuity.
You coordinate subcontracting activities and align material requirements with the replenishment team. In addition, you provide planning insights and solutions to Sales and customers, supporting decision-making and delivery performance.
You also collect and analyse data, monitor key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement of planning and operational processes.
What do we ask for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment, preferably automotive
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify improvements
- Proactive, dynamic and responsible attitude
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Result-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Good communication skills and team spirit
